Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I will come back. It was a fairly nice experience, I appreciated location and staff.

Budget room and helpful communication with the staff.

It was a good choice for our enjoyable stay. Prime and incredible location close to a national art museum. The staff there were decent and attentive. The terrific service and shuttle to bus stop far exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would come here again.

Everything was perfect, the staff were accommodating and the location was unbeatable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, loved its service. Our new favourite place to stay in Siena.

Staff was kind and continental breakfast was absolutely superb. Peaceful location, within easy walking distance of an art museum.

good location, spacious bed and, of course, incredibly hospitable staff. it had astonishing in-house restaurant.

Food was superb, reasonably priced. Welcoming & unique unit with well maintained bathroom, nice balcony plus a nice view. Top location to a Gothic urban palace.

Decent location, very fresh hotel and also spotless. There were a supermarket and stores close to the venue. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Il Masgalano that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The food was excellent and the staff RESPECTFUL.

fabulous base for exploring siena. the breakfast was superb, the staff was polite, the grounds were very clean. our room was fabulous and had a fantastic view, loved it. the location was relatively quiet and just wonderful.

We liked this ideal hotel and its exceptional location and staff. Spacious bathroom, comfy bed, large bedroom. Easy check-in. Also, it had parking nearby;)))
